Initiative to support the Hiroshima AI Reporting Framework (HAIP)
From Principles to process - How we can implement OECD AI Principles into practice and establish best practice for trustworthy AI
AI isn´t a thing – it´s a data processing with highspeed trough data highways with levels of autonomy and mostly an interplay of various components and capabilities based on data and methods from mathematics and statistics. It's integrated into physical products with digital services. For the functional reliability and quality of AI products, transparency is needed to reduce errors and ensure transparency for operators and users of AI applications. First step is to understand that trustworthy AI needs design and process thinking. The initiative should support the development of knowledge to understand the meaning of the OECD AI Principles and the HAIP Reporting Framework. It aims to understand how we can implement the OECD AI Principles into practice, e.g. into design process of AI as requirement of the human-centered-design approach and metric in testing.
